  • Gary spent the early part of his real estate career representing landlords. Mr. Waddell leased two major suburban Atlanta developments, Palisades and The Concourse Office Park.
  • In 1985 and 1986 he leased One Atlantic Center, a 50 story building in the Midtown market. and he helped the building achieve 80% occupancy by completion of construction.

  • Gary brings a unique perspective to his expertise, having years of experience in representing major Atlanta office projects and also representing tenants.
  • He was born and raised in Lexington, Kentucky and is a graduate of the University of Florida, where he played on the basketball team.
  • He has received numerous honors including the Atlanta Board of Realtors prestigious Phoenix Award, Dorey's Office Guide recognition as one of Atlanta's Ten Most Professional Brokers and the Cushman & Wakefield Brokerage Service Excellence Award.
  • He attends Buckhead Church, is active in the Annual Atlanta Real Estate Prayer Breakfast, has volunteered with the Junior Achievement of Georgia program and has coached Youth Basketball at Dunwoody Baptist Church.
